Blessings Love! Please review all possible contraindications for permanent makeup and make sure none of them apply to you before booking an appointment with me. Feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have. •You MUST be over the legal age of 18. (Valid ID Required) • Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding • Botox/Fillers must be done 4 weeks before/after procedure • Refrain from Retin-A, Chemical Peels, Glycolics, Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Fish Oil, two weeks prior to appointment. • No Latisse on brow area for 3 weeks • Avoid any sunburn on the area to be treated • NO NSAIDS • Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, ibuprofen, tylenol, caffeine, and any other pain relievers 24-48 hours before your procedure. • Procedures CANNOT be done if you are prone to keloids. • If you suffer from hemophilia, are undergoing radiotherapy / chemotherapy, suffer from epilepsy/ seizures, have diabetes, any skin disorders / skin conditions, or any other autoimmune diseases, please talk to a physician prior to booking. You must have a physician's note if you decide to follow through with any of the procedures. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure booking. • Deposit is deducted off total cost/payment that is due in full the day of service. *NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED*Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & reschedules require a 48 hour notice. Deposits are transferable for first cancellation/reschedule if the proper notice of 48 hours is given. Failure to do so, will result in loss of deposit. NO SHOWS will result in automatic loss of deposit. Arrivals past 15 minutes will result in a $25 fee &/or may be canceled or rescheduled. If your appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, a new deposit will be required for booking.
